We process orders quickly. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard (Domestic): Estimated delivery 3–7 business days.
- Expedited (Domestic): Estimated delivery 1–3 business days.
- International: Estimated delivery 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s address and the order weight/size. We may offer free shipping promotions at our discretion.
Pre-orders & Backorders
Pre-order items will list the expected release date on the product page. Pre-order shipments will be sent when the product is released. If items are backordered, international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your package is lost, damaged, or the order is incorrect, contact us immediately at
info@pokemoncardshoponline.com. Provide your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Changes & Failed Deliveries
If you need to change a shipping address after an order is placed, contact us right away. We cannot always guarantee address changes after processing. Failed deliveries returned to us may incur additional shipping charges for re-shipment.
