Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are shipped from our U.S. location at 404 Old Cherry Point Rd, New Bern, NC 28560.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Packaging & Product Protection

All Pokémon products are securely packaged using protective materials to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Trading cards and sealed products are handled with care to prevent damage during transit.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will display an estimated shipping date on the product page and will ship once available.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and any relevant photos, and we will assist you.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional handling.
